Mind Your Body is for anyone struggling with body image issues or feeling disconnected from their bodies who want to feel at home in their own body again. It’s also for people who are recovering from an eating disorder. It’s a supplementary approach to regular treatment plans.
Through a blend of embodiment, mindfulness and yoga techniques, you will rediscover your body’s unique language. This blend is very much personalised – no Mind Your Body trajectory is the same.
We will take it step by step. You will get all the time you need to familiarise yourself with your body’s language again, and after each session, we decide where to go next. After all, Mind Your Body is about feeling it instead of thinking it, so let’s start by practising what we preach!
